Mini Miss Pageants Australia – Rules & Conditions of Entry
By entering a Mini Miss Pageants Australia event, contestants and their parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to the following rules and conditions.
1. Entry Fees & Payments

A deposit must be paid within 14 days of submitting your entry.
-
The remaining balance must be paid within 6 weeks of entering or 2 weeks prior to the competition, whichever comes first.
-
Failure to make payments by the required dates may result in forfeiture of your place in the competition.
-
All payments made to Mini Miss Pageants Australia are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, illness, scheduling conflicts, or disqualification.
2. Age Divisions
-
Contestants will compete in the age division they are eligible for on the first day of the competition month.
-
Proof of age may be requested at any time.
3. Behaviour & Sportsmanship
-
Contestants, parents, guardians, family members, friends, and supporters are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.
-
Bullying, harassment, intimidation, gossip, unsportsmanlike conduct, disruptive behaviour, or disrespect towards contestants, judges, staff, volunteers, sponsors, venues, or other attendees will not be tolerated.

Mini Miss Pageants Australia reserves the right to disqualify a contestant due to the behaviour of the contestant or their supporters.
4. Online Conduct & Social Media
-
Contestants and their families are expected to behave respectfully online at all times.

Negative social media posts, cyberbullying, public complaints, online arguments, harassment, or behaviour that may damage the reputation of Mini Miss Pageants Australia, its contestants, sponsors, staff, volunteers, or partners may result in disqualification or refusal of future entries.

This includes situations where a contestant becomes involved in online controversy, regardless of who initiated it, if the situation negatively impacts Mini Miss Pageants Australia.

Contestants are encouraged to represent the values of Mini Miss Pageants Australia: Inspire, Creativity, Respect, Compassion, and Positivity.
5. Communication
-
Official competition information should only be obtained from the Director or authorised Mini Miss Pageants Australia representatives.

Contestants and families should not rely on information from other contestants, parents, social media comments, or third parties.
-
Questions or concerns should be directed to the Director.
6. Judges
-
Contestants, parents, guardians, and supporters must not contact judges before, during, or after the competition regarding placements, scores, results, or competition matters.
-
Any attempt to influence, pressure, or contact judges may result in immediate disqualification.
-
All judging decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding results.
7. Wardrobe, Hair & Makeup
-
Contestants are solely responsible for providing their own outfits, footwear, accessories, hair styling, makeup, and preparation for all competition categories.

Mini Miss Pageants Australia does not provide these services unless otherwise specified.
8. Photography & Media
-
By entering, contestants grant Mini Miss Pageants Australia permission to use photographs, videos, recordings, and promotional materials featuring the contestant for marketing, advertising, social media, websites, and future promotional purposes without compensation.

Contestants may not use official competition photos for commercial purposes without permission.
9. Liability
-
Mini Miss Pageants Australia, its directors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venues accept no responsibility for:

Injury, illness, accidents, or loss incurred during participation.
-
Lost, stolen, or damaged property.
-
Travel, accommodation, or other expenses associated with participation.
-

Participation is at the contestant's own risk.
10. Right of Refusal
-
Mini Miss Pageants Australia reserves the right to accept or decline any entry at its sole discretion.

Mini Miss Pageants Australia may remove, disqualify, suspend, or refuse entry to any contestant at any time if it believes participation is not in the best interests of the competition, its contestants, sponsors, staff, volunteers, or reputation.
11. Competition Changes
-
Mini Miss Pageants Australia reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, judges, age divisions, competition formats, categories, awards, or rules where necessary.

Such changes may occur without notice and will be considered final.
12. Agreement
-
Submission of an entry form and/or payment of fees confirms acceptance of all rules, policies, and decisions made by Mini Miss Pageants Australia.
Our goal is to provide a fun, supportive, and positive environment where contestants can build confidence, make friendships, and create lasting memories. We thank all contestants and families for helping us uphold these values.
